Sales Manager/BizDev - Medici Expert
Medici Expert is looking for a highly driven and structured Sales Manager who will own the entire pre-sale process - from first outreach to successful contract signing. This role is critical for scaling our client pipeline across FinTech, Web3, blockchain, payments, and finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactive outbound outreach to potential clients across Web3, FinTech, Finance spheres; leveraging personal industry network; participation in conferences and online communities.
- Lead Qualification and Needs Assessment: Handling inbound leads; identifying client needs, project requirements, and jurisdictions; mapping requests to services like company formation, licensing (VARA/MiCA/DORA), and compliance.
- Client Communication and Calls: Conducting intro calls; explaining services, frameworks, and pricing structures.
- Proposal Preparation: Preparing tailored commercial proposals; coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Managing the follow-up cycle until contract signature and invoice issuance.
- Client Reactivation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or pre-sales in crypto, Web3, fintech, or legal services.
- Strong understanding of legal structures, jurisdictions, tokenomics, and regulatory basics.
- Existing network in crypto or fintech is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to transform client needs into structured proposals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
