TL;DR

Senior Sales Manager (Web3): Driving revenue growth in the US Web3/Crypto B2B segment by closing Tier 1 accounts with an accent on outbound hunting and network activation. Focus on building a high-volume pipeline from scratch and navigating complex compliance and onboarding challenges for large-scale deals.

Location: Must be physically based in a major US crypto hub (NYC, Miami, or SF)

What you will do

  • Perform independent outreach and close Tier 1 US accounts including wallets, exchanges, and Web3 protocols.
  • Build a sales pipeline from scratch without SDR or inbound support.
  • Represent the company at major US crypto conferences.
  • Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team post-onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Provide structured product feedback based on US market signals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals with $1M+ turnover.
  • Existing active network of Tier 1 US crypto/Web3 decision-makers.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound lead generation.
  • Ability to autonomously solve complex compliance and product-fit challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of the US crypto ecosystem and on/off-ramp dynamics.
  • Must be physically located in New York City, Miami, or San Francisco

Nice to have

  • Understanding of B2B fintech unit economics.
  • Experience with affiliate or agent network models.
