Senior Sales Manager (Web3): Driving revenue growth in the US Web3/Crypto B2B segment by closing Tier 1 accounts with an accent on outbound hunting and network activation. Location: Must be physically based in a major US crypto hub (NYC, Miami, or SF)

What you will do
- Perform independent outreach and close Tier 1 US accounts including wallets, exchanges, and Web3 protocols.
- Build a sales pipeline from scratch without SDR or inbound support.
- Represent the company at major US crypto conferences.
- Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team post-onboarding.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Provide structured product feedback based on US market signals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals with $1M+ turnover.
- Existing active network of Tier 1 US crypto/Web3 decision-makers.
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound lead generation.
- Ability to autonomously solve complex compliance and product-fit challenges.
- Deep knowledge of the US crypto ecosystem and on/off-ramp dynamics.
- Must be physically located in New York City, Miami, or San Francisco

- Understanding of B2B fintech unit economics.
- Experience with affiliate or agent network models.
