Salary: $90,000 - $128,000 yearly

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions for HR systems.
• Manage the HR systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and project milestones.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration defects, and oversee integrations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of technology-related experience, including at least 2 years in HR systems.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HCM modules.
• Knowledge of API-based data extraction.
• Experience with automated testing practices.
