What you will do

• Provide leadership to the sales team, planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives.
• Direct and coordinate all sales activities.
• Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and suggest products or services.
• Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures.
• Track and analyze sales statistics based on key metrics.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science (Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry) or engineering area preferred.
• 7 + years of sales experience required.
• 5 + years of sales leadership experience required.
