What you will do

• Advise clients on utilizing data to improve execution across deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations.
• Create domain definitions, business requirements, and governance components for private markets data.
• Lead stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
• Document data ownership, stewardship expectations, and standards to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align business requirements with scalable delivery patterns.
• Mentor and coach Analysts and Consultants through quality assurance and structured feedback.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, private markets, asset management, or data strategy.
• Deep understanding of private markets workflows across investing, valuations, operations, and finance.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured analysis and executive-ready recommendations.
• Working knowledge of data strategy fundamentals, including data quality and ownership.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to synthesize stakeholder input into usable insights.
• Must be based in the United States (eligible for US-based benefits like 401k).
