What you will do
- Drive deep platform adoption by configuring workflows, templates, and engagement structures.
- Translate audit standards and methodologies into scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Partner with audit teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of delivery.
- Lead customer enablement, training, and change management to replace legacy processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed practitioner insights into the product roadmap.
- Manage a portfolio of customers with accountability for usage, retention, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in public accounting (audit, assurance, advisory) or audit transformation roles.
- Deep understanding of the audit lifecycle, including planning, evidence collection, and review.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-team audit environments and methodology rollouts.
- Strong technical aptitude for configuring software platforms and troubleshooting real-world usage challenges.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Industry experience as a practitioner at an audit/advisory firm.
- Technical curiosity regarding data models, permissions, or AI-powered workflows (LLMs, prompt creation).
