What you will do

• Partner with AE customers to identify high-value workflows for AI automation, including project health, forecasting, and margin protection.
• Lead discovery sessions with executives and operations leaders to map current processes and define AI-enabled future states.
• Design and execute transformation plans to move customers from spreadsheet-based habits to natural-language, workflow-driven execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide stakeholders through behavior change and measurable business value realization.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to create repeatable best-practice playbooks for the broader team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or business process improvement.
• Experience working with AE (Architecture and Engineering) firms or project-based professional services organizations.
• Proven track record of leading software adoption programs and driving organizational change management.
• Deep understanding of ERP environments and AEC software.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and natural-language workflow tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
