Salary: $144,000 – $222,000 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Develop data-driven market research and investment theses to influence long-term corporate strategy.
• Source high-potential startups for acquisition, investment, or partnership within the founder and VC ecosystem.
• Drive the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evaluate build/buy/partner opportunities.
• Collaborate on integration planning with cross-functional teams post-acquisition.
• Utilize AI and new technologies to identify market signals and translate them into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking (TMT focus), or strategy consulting.
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling with deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Proven track record of executing complex M&A or strategic investment projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build consensus among executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.
