TL;DR

Finance Manager (Fintech): Managing all management accounts for hirify.global Limited with an accent on monthly reporting and automation of key reporting processes. Focus on enhancing billing accuracy, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging Generative AI tools to modernize the finance function.

Location: Hybrid: 2 days per week in the London (Tower Bridge) office

What you will do

  • Own monthly reporting of divisional performance and produce detailed reporting packs with commentary.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations to significantly enhance billing accuracy and accrued income recognition processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Assistant Management Accountant.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee statutory and group year-end audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within the reporting cycle to reduce close time and enhance control.
  • Provide weekly cash flow forecasting for RVU London.

Requirements

  • 2 years post-qualified experience (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong management accounting experience within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of driving and implementing process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to partner with and influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and IT skills.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the technology, internet, or finance sector.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools.
