What you will do
- Lead annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecasting aligned with strategic and PE requirements.
- Deliver management reporting, financial insights, and performance analysis to senior leaders, board, and investors.
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to challenge assumptions and support data-driven decisions.
- Support M&A through financial modelling, investment analysis, and post-acquisition tracking.
- Drive FP&A transformation via tooling, automation, and driver-based planning.
- Develop, coach, and lead a team of FP&A professionals.
Requirements
- Significant FP&A leadership in complex, multi-entity environments, ideally financial services, fintech, data, or SaaS.
- Strong track record in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and senior stakeholder partnering.
- Experience supporting M&A, including acquisition modelling and post-deal integration.
- Proven ability to drive change: process redesign, new tools, scalable infrastructure.
- Advanced financial modelling and translating data into insights.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification FP&A/strategic finance experience.
