TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (office attendance 1-2 times a week)

What you will do

  • Take ownership of tax compliance across multiple territories, including filings, payments, and audit management.
  • Drive transfer pricing policy, R&D claims, and strategic tax planning activities.
  • Lead projects for establishing new corporate structures or registrations and handle customer tax queries.
  • Manage relationships with third-party advisors to ensure high-quality delivery of tax work.
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Monitor global tax policy and legislative developments to assess business implications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 1-2 days a week.
  • Recognized professional accounting and/or tax qualification.
  • 3-10 years of post-qualification experience in a tax role, ideally within a complex multinational environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the tax environment for multinational groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SQL, or other tax technologies.
  • Experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors.
