What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and finance teams.
• Own the end-to-end Growth and Marketing budget, including costs and customer growth forecasts.
• Optimize commercial performance by analyzing acquisition metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Prepare bottom-up short and long-range forecasts in collaboration with the FP&A team.
• Build business cases and present investment choices to the leadership team.
• Support the development and mentoring of a team of financial analysts.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in financial business partnering, ideally with Marketing or Growth teams.
• Relevant professional finance qualification.
• Advanced financial modelling skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
