TL;DR

GSI Partnerships Manager (Conversational AI): Establishing and expanding strategic relationships with global system integrators to accelerate growth in the Conversational and Agentic AI markets with an accent on joint business plans and industry-specific IP development. Focus on building consumption programs, influencing C-level relationships, and scaling GSI alliances globally to drive revenue.

Location: Must be based in the USA (New York Office or Remote)

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and grow global system integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, and Capgemini as strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligning market strategy, solution roadmaps, and consumption targets by industry and region.
  • Embed Conversational and Agentic AI capabilities into large-scale GSI-led transformation programs.
  • Develop and package joint IP and industry-specific offerings for verticals like banking compliance and healthcare automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate GSI opportunities into the growth engine.
  • Influence C-level relationships within GSIs to secure executive sponsorship and long-term strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliance management or GSI relationship management within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GSI alliances globally that deliver measurable revenue and market impact.
  • Strong existing network within major GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro).
  • Expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Customer Experience transformation.
  • Ability to design joint IP and vertical-specific solutions.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working at or with SAP AG in a similar capacity.
