What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GSI partners, serving as a trusted advisor for their day-to-day needs.
- Drive growth from existing partners and identify new upsell opportunities through strategic management.
- Lead the qualification process and collaborate closely with the sales team to accelerate deal progress.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins to maximize partner and client satisfaction.
- Acquire new target partners through social media outreach and manage their onboarding process.
- Manage renewals of annual agreements to ensure long-term partnership stability.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment.
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Experience managing GSI partner accounts such as Deloitte, TCS, or Infosys.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong personal network within the region.
- Understanding of CRM and BPM applications.
