TL;DR

Salesforce CRM Software Engineer (Fintech): Developing scalable, digital-first investment solutions using Salesforce CRM technologies and modern engineering practices with an accent on enterprise software design and API integration. Focus on leading solution architecture, optimizing system performance, and mentoring engineers within an Agile environment.

Location: Hybrid (4 days per week in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Phoenix, AZ)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions for investment-related business applications.
  • Lead solution architecture and development efforts to ensure scalability and quality.
  • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated systems.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to maintain engineering quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve complex application and production issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full SDLC.
  • Proficiency in one or more: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, Kotlin, Go, or C++.
  • Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis only (No C2C).
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise Salesforce expertise using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce REST/Bulk APIs and Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, Snowflake, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Familiarity with Control-M and automated data processing pipelines.
