What you will do

• Design and implement solutions using custom objects, metadata, flows, and complex formulas.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into robust system enhancements.
• Monitor and manage data integrity, security, and system stability.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party consultants to develop and test product enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
• Expertise in Financial Services Cloud and core Salesforce clouds.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and managing data security.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
