What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and mentor a global development team, conducting code reviews and removing technical blockers.
• Design and implement high-performance integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Maintain platform health through regular security audits, performance optimization, and governance enforcement.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and system diagrams.
• Supervise system modifications to ensure alignment with business goals and technical best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer).
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com development experience, including proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US (North Reading, MA).
