Senior Salesforce Administrator (Health Cloud)

Senior Salesforce Administrator (Health Cloud): Serving as a platform owner and product enabler across Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated systems with an accent on scalable capabilities, automation, and HIPAA compliance. Focus on translating product ideas into technical Salesforce designs, managing complex data models, and implementing CI/CD via GitHub Actions.

Location: Hybrid - must be based in Dallas, TX (at least 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Act as the system administrator for the Salesforce Health Cloud environment.
• Configure Health Cloud objects, including Care Plans, Patient Lists, and Care Team assignments.
• Manage user security, profiles, roles, permissions, and general system health.
• Oversee sandbox environments and support the release management process.
• Ensure platform adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, and other organizational compliance standards.
• Collaborate with developers on complex requirements involving Apex or LWC.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency with Data Cloud and advanced automation using Flows and Apex.
• Production-level experience using GitHub Actions for change management and deployments.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling and integration governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Dallas, TX office.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience.
• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated HIPAA-compliant industries.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud or Five9 (IVR).
