What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Government, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Build responsive Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and modern front-end principles.
• Configure declarative automation including Flows, validation rules, and dynamic forms.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or DC).
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting Public Sector or Government Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security models.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities like Einstein or Agentforce.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Git, or Jenkins.
