Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland
• 10+ years of experience working on large-scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience leading 1-2 teams with a total of 8+ engineers.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns for high-scale web applications (APIs, BFF, DDD).
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
