TL;DR
Senior Manager, Software Development (Cloud-Native Microservices): Leading the evolution of ProjectWise within Bentley Infrastructure Cloud by delivering highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services with an accent on cloud-native development, multi-tenant microservices, and service reliability. Focus on using telemetry to guide product decisions, transforming legacy solutions, strengthening DevOps/SRE practices, and building globally distributed engineering teams.
Location: Lithuania, with hybrid or office-based work in Vilnius or Kaunas
Salary: From €6,200 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do
- Lead a global software development team delivering highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services.
- Drive the evolution of ProjectWise within Bentley Infrastructure Cloud services powered by iTwin.
- Champion empowered teams, agile practices, and a cloud-first engineering mindset.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including code quality, service uptime, SLA performance, and continuous improvement.
- Use telemetry and usage data to guide product adoption, investment priorities, and cost optimization.
- Partner with Product Management, UX, and leadership while recruiting, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with cloud-native software development and transforming legacy on-premises solutions.
- Experience managing globally distributed development teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, multi-cloud architectures, and complex technical challenges.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and a coaching mindset.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
