Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 39,583 – 50,417 PLN gross per month.

• Hire talented engineers and enable the team to scale smoothly.
• Manage and enable the growth of engineers on the new Adoption team.
• Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s future roadmap, ensuring alignment with high-level business goals.
• Set up the team for success to own several technically challenging and critical projects.
• Coach engineers in their technical and professional development.
• Ensure a great, reliable experience for hirify.global users globally while enabling a rapid pace of development.
• Contribute to the overall culture of Engineering and the growing Warsaw office.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years managing a technical team.
• Proven success working within growth engineering, activation funnels, or Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Strong technical foundation (e.g., full-stack web development, scalable APIs).
• Focused on maximizing impact for yourself, your team, and hirify.global as a whole.
• Equipped with intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical acumen to earn team trust.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in figuring out and executing tasks.

• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
