What you will do

• Manage the Order to Cash cycle, focusing on collections, accounting, and customer account reconciliation.
• Contact clients to negotiate and resolve overdue payments.
• Achieve monthly cash targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform bad debt analysis and identify key areas for process improvement.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve complex billing disputes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of global Collections experience in US/LATAM.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivots, VLOOKUPs) for handling large raw data sets.
• Experience with Mexican e-invoicing and knowledge of local legal and compliance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience in reduction of DSO (30+, 60+, 90+).

Nice to have

• Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• NORAM collections experience.
