What you will do

• Manage customer credit risk assessments, including financial analysis and credit limit reviews for EMEA operations.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing and proactively follow up on overdue balances through professional communication.
• Execute collections activities and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing, pricing, and dispute issues.
• Reconcile incoming cash payments and perform remittance analysis.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly AR reporting and cash forecasting while maintaining SOX controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit, collections, credit control, or a finance-related role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work in Cork, Ireland.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, specifically P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
