What you will do

• Manage the full AP cycle, including bill processing through Yooz, vendor follow-ups, and international payment runs.
• Execute AP pre-close activities and bill amortization within NetSuite for all subsidiaries.
• Perform AP reconciliations prior to month-end close and manage the AP accrual process to ensure completeness.
• Oversee AP-related activities performed by the EMEA AP Analyst and the GL Analyst across all subsidiaries.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliations, expense reimbursements, and maintain FloQast balance sheet accounts.
• Review and approve AP coding while maintaining fixed asset schedules and ensuring proper capitalization.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive AP experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multinational environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with AP automation tools such as Yooz and close management platforms like FloQast.
• Experience managing multi-currency payments and EMEA banking operations.
• English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English.
