What you will do

• Generate and send invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
• Receive, record, and deposit payments from customers.
• Contact customers via email or phone to resolve overdue payments or billing discrepancies.
• Monitor the settlement of receivables and perform daily reconciliation.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance departments to optimize business performance.
• Ensure correct classification of clients and sales recording.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance routines.
• Proficiency in Excel and integrated management systems (ERP).
• Experience in accounts receivable processes, including collections and delinquency management.
• Advanced or Fluent English proficiency.
