Location: Remote (Must reside within Southeast Brazil, within one hour of a major airport; requires 35% travel within Brazil and surrounding areas)

What you will do

  • Drive sales and company targets by managing and growing channel partners in the LATAM territory.
  • Lead enterprise sales processes for large, strategic opportunities to win high-value deals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Increase brand awareness through trade shows, webinars, and collaborative marketing plans.
  • Provide product training and deliver technical demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline via CRM, reporting monthly forecasts and market trends to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B software and SaaS experience in business development, channel management, and direct sales.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Must reside within Southeast Brazil, within one hour of a major airport.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% to industry events and customer locations.
  • Proven track record of success in consultative and strategic selling environments.
  • Experience selling technologies that integrate with ERP, WMS, and MES systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the labeling, barcode, and AIDC technology industry.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
