What you will do

  • Lead the pre-sales process, from analyzing and prioritizing leads to closing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct tailored online product demonstrations and manage prospect objections.
  • Prepare economic proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
  • Manage and expand the existing client portfolio by identifying upgrade opportunities and handling renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with technical, operations, and administration departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B and SMB sales, including prospection and closing deals.
  • Experience in lead management and economic proposal preparation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Jira Cloud, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset.
