What you will do
- Lead the pre-sales process, from analyzing and prioritizing leads to closing new business opportunities.
- Conduct tailored online product demonstrations and manage prospect objections.
- Prepare economic proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Manage and expand the existing client portfolio by identifying upgrade opportunities and handling renewals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with technical, operations, and administration departments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B and SMB sales, including prospection and closing deals.
- Experience in lead management and economic proposal preparation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Jira Cloud, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset.
