TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities across DOW, 4th Estate, R&E, and OUSD.
  • Secure new Enterprise accounts and develop strategies for winning high-potential accounts in untapped markets.
  • Establish and maintain C-level relationships with Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science leaders.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals using a solution-based selling approach.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional hirify.global teams and ecosystem partners to maximize sales impact.
  • Plan and drive the growth of hirify.global usage within newly won accounts to maximize customer impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling complex software to recognizable organizations within the DOW space (preferably 4th Estate or R&E/OUSD).
  • Proven background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS solutions, or other Data/AI/ML technologies.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling, and Command of the Message.
  • Experience hunting in greenfield spaces while consulting with existing accounts for expansion.
  • Deep understanding of government segment priorities, buying processes, and decision-making cycles.
  • Must be based in the USA.
