What you will do

• Own the execution and delivery of Data Services and External Integrations, including APIs and data exchange systems.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-tested integration solutions.
• Define, track, and analyze key product and system performance metrics like latency, throughput, and error rates.
• Manage relationships with third-party data providers to ensure SLA compliance and integration stability.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows across product and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience working with product metrics, system monitoring, or operational performance tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously with strong execution.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, proptech, or mortgage/title/escrow workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Postman.
