What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog for ArcDigital, partnering with Engineering and Design to drive sprint execution and define requirements.
• Translate SEC e-delivery regulatory requirements (Rule 498/498A, 30e-3, TSR) into defined product features and workflows.
• Define and manage user stories for AI-powered features, including ingestion accuracy improvements and QC automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitor regulatory developments to translate shifts into timely product requirements.
• Analyze product performance and usage data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or a closely related role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience owning product requirements and working with engineering teams in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
• Ability to apply SEC investor communications rules and ADA/WCAG accessibility standards to product decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for compliance-driven features.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital distribution, eDelivery, or document lifecycle management platforms.
• Experience in fintech, investment management, or regulatory technology.
• Product management certification.
