What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy from initial concept through production scale-up.
• Partner with engineering to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and supplier strategies.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to navigate trade-offs.
• Execute global supplier strategies, including selection, qualification, and NPI readiness.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks across supply continuity, capacity, and technical execution.
• Deliver strategic updates and actionable recommendations on sourcing readiness to senior executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain, with at least 5 years leading strategic execution in complex manufacturing.
• Strong command of product development lifecycles, from NPI through high-volume production.
• Experience with highly engineered products (semiconductor, capital, or aerospace equipment).
• Advanced negotiation and global supplier management expertise.
