Salary: $100,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Facilitate conversations on system design and implementation to meet client requirements.
• Lead and motivate multi-functional proposal teams to develop creative and competitive solutions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, financial models, and costing workbooks for opportunities.
• Manage multiple priorities and collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
• Conduct periodic status checks with customers and teams to assess progress against goals.
• Support pre-sales activities and maintain proposal boilerplates.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline or an advanced degree.
• 5+ years of successful experience as a people manager.
• 5-8 years of experience in the material handling industry or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to determine customer requirements and visualize technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% to customer sites within the USA.
