TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Partner with account managers on client projects to drive growth and ensure product adoption in debt capital markets with an accent on developing bespoke KPIs, delivering performance insights, and expanding client networks. Focus on innovating data-driven strategies, becoming the voice of the client in internal projects, and leveraging relationships to position hirify.global as the partner of choice.

Location: London (Hybrid working model)

hirify.global is the AI platform powering global debt markets, centralising proprietary credit data, analysis, and workflows for blue-chip institutions worldwide.

What you will do

  • Become a hirify.global product expert and partner with account managers to drive client growth.
  • Act as the voice of the client in internal projects to meet client needs.
  • Develop bespoke KPIs, strategies, and data-driven insights for accounts.
  • Leverage relationships to expand networks and ensure hirify.global remains the partner of choice.
  • Attend industry conferences and maintain CRM records of client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant account management or Customer Success experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships in buyside, sellside & advisory communities.
  • Track record managing and growing enterprise clients (min $1m+ book of business).
  • Ability to plan, prioritise tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player able to work independently.

  • Existing relationships/network within the Leveraged Finance community.
