What you will do

• Manage amendments and cancellations of travel insurance policies, ensuring accurate system updates.
• Provide clear, accurate quotes and product information based on customer needs.
• Handle inbound calls and live chat queries to meet service level targets.
• Process secure card payments using approved call systems.
• Manage client mailbox enquiries with a response time within 2 business days.
• Perform additional administrative and policy-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and adapt to changing team needs.
