Salary: $99,177 - $110,197

What you will do
- Execute organization sales strategies and manage all aspects of the sales function for the assigned business block in the Atlantic region.
- Drive the achievement of annual targets for new business acquisition, client retention, and overall profitability.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate business development and sales efforts closely with service and underwriting teams.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and organize educational seminars.
- Develop action plans to identify market opportunities and segment client contacts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and the group benefits industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and existing relationships with advisors in the Atlantic market.
- Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field of study.
- Mandatory valid driver's license for required travel within the assigned region.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
