What you will do
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for benefit-related service needs.
- Advise clients on cost reduction strategies while maintaining competitive benefit options.
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to manage the entire renewal process.
- Conduct needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings with clients.
- Delegate work assignments to internal service team members and provide leadership.
- Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to grow the book of business.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Addison/Dallas, TX.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
- Current Life and Health license is required.
- Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with database applications.
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
