What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for benefit-related service needs.
• Advise clients on cost reduction strategies while maintaining competitive benefit options.
• Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to manage the entire renewal process.
• Conduct needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings with clients.
• Delegate work assignments to internal service team members and provide leadership.
• Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to grow the book of business.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Addison/Dallas, TX.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
• Current Life and Health license is required.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Experience with database applications.
• Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
