What you will do

• Create and optimize retail-focused sales tools, processes, and resources to increase conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess performance and support real-time business needs.
• Implement and optimize the sales funnel, servicing processes, and frontline operational practices.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources.
• Establish and track project outcomes, KPIs, ROI, and program budgets.
• Conduct sales observations to identify opportunities for improved performance and execution.

Requirements

• 5 years of retail sales experience or related insurance industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in TX, CA, GA, IN, or FL.
• Strong written and spoken English communication and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in P&C, personal lines, or non-standard auto insurance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a business orientation.
• Conversational written and spoken Spanish.
