Client Executive

Client Executive: Developing new business opportunities and managing a book of business with an accent on strategic selling and client retention. Focus on building relationships with C-suite clients and achieving annual sales goals.

What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet revenue goals.
• Work with the marketing team to nurture prospects.
• Build rapport and business relationships via various channels.
• Educate prospects on business trends, compliance, and company value.
• Manage sales pipeline and activities via Microsoft CRM.
• Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to work with clients at a senior strategic level.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
• Must be highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in broker agency or P&C firm, required.
• 7+ years’ of sales and/or P&C experience, preferred; 5+ required.
• Experience selling to C-suite, strongly preferred.
• Current appropriate insurance license, required.
