Salary: $66,000 – $105,000 (OTE) per year depending on state

What you will do

• Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize creative outreach campaigns and prioritize targets based on impact.
• Manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline through cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
• Engage potential partners to understand their goals and educate them on hirify.global's value proposition.
• Contribute to the overall growth and scaling of the core business and product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of prior BDA experience in an outbound sales role prospecting cold leads.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong passion for E-commerce and consumer banking.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
