What you will do
- Manage and maintain Active Directory domains, trusts, replication, schema, sites/services, and integrated services like DNS, Group Policy, PKI.
- Support Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) hybrid environments, authentication, and authorization processes.
- Develop PowerShell and Windows scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex AD issues, apply security best practices, patches, and upgrades.
- Lead technical projects including planning, risk assessment, implementation, and provide Tier III support.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with IT/security teams on audits and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Windows and Linux system administration
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, JSON, Python)
- Strong knowledge of AD, Entra ID, DNS, Group Policy
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage priorities
Nice to have
- Microsoft Active Directory or Azure certifications
- Experience with VPNs, firewalls, ServiceNow
- Multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, Arch, NixOS)
