What you will do

• Provide daily IT operations support and respond to incidents, including on-call rotation.
• Maintain network infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, data backups, and recovery procedures.
• Install, configure servers, apply patches, and manage virtualization and containerization.
• Monitor systems and applications for performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
• Automate provisioning, scripting, and tasks to improve efficiency.
• Create documentation and collaborate with teams to enhance administration capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or 1-2 years of system infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in Windows Servers, Active Directory, cloud management, monitoring, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, software/hardware, virtualization, and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.
