• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports.
• Work directly with clients to reach monthly cash collection goals and minimize uncollectible balances.
• Collaborate with sales and invoicing counterparts to ensure accurate account setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 120+ accounts daily with an annual average value of $10 million.
• Research account irregularities and handle high-level billing resolution.
• Ensure timely application of payments made by all customers.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for on-site work.
