What you will do

• Perform daily and weekly account reconciliations for assigned channels and marketplaces.
• Analyze discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Reconcile customer payments via cash, checks, and credit cards to ensure proper application.
• Prepare and validate customer invoicing for accuracy before submission.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and escalate overdue items.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve accuracy and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, AR, AP, or reconciliation functions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, and filters for large datasets.
• Must be located in or be able to work onsite in Miami - Aventura, FL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
