What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for Engineering and Product roles from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and make high-conviction hiring decisions.
• Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns to identify top-tier technical talent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Champion a high bar for talent density and quality across all searches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Deep fluency in engineering skill sets including backend, frontend, ML/AI, and DevOps.
• Proven experience recruiting for Product roles.
• Strong command of Ashby ATS with a focus on data integrity.
• Must be based in the Boston area and excited to work from the office.
• Experience in startup environments with a track record of closing senior and niche roles.

• Familiarity with the NYC startup ecosystem and talent networks.
• Experience using AI tools in the recruiting workflow.
• Interest in shaping an AI-enabled Talent team.
