What you will do
- Define and execute regional channel strategies aligned with business unit growth targets and market expansion.
- Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
- Establish and monitor clear KPIs such as revenue, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
- Develop channel programs, including pricing, incentives, and rebates, to drive partner performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure commercial alignment and provide market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or commercial roles in B2B technology or industrial sectors.
- Experience with UV technologies (UV, LED, UVC, microwave) or Infrared (IR) technologies strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling indirect sales channels.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience selling capital equipment, components, or raw materials into UV curing, UV disinfection, or infrared thermal processing applications.
