What you will do
- Own and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, content, paid, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Develop and optimize marketing programs to drive pipeline growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to continuously test and improve results.
- Support positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activity for new product launches.
- Contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outbound growth strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
- Strong demand generation or growth marketing experience within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on campaign execution skills across multiple marketing channels.
- Data-led mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation to improve performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and product teams.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
