Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead a full-stack engineering team focused on core Enterprise product development.
• Balance people management (70%) with hands-on technical contribution and coding (30%).
• Drive architectural decisions and execute both fast-turn product requests and multi-quarter strategic initiatives.
• Foster an AI-native mindset and help the team adopt effective, safe ways of using AI in engineering workflows.
• Support and coach engineers to operate effectively in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering leader acting as both a manager and a technical contributor.
• Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development, specifically React, TypeScript, Postgres, and Hasura.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to handle many concurrent priorities and cross-functional requests.
• Strong coaching skills to support a high-functioning, established team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with audit, compliance, or adjacent workflow-heavy product domains.
• Experience introducing team-level best practices for AI-assisted development.
• Experience working effectively on a distributed, remote-first team.
