What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing engineering team through technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, Kafka, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes (70% time on development and code reviews).
• Drive AI initiatives including generative AI, agentic applications, AI-powered automation, and resource optimization with predictive analytics.
• Oversee distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data workloads, sprint planning, prioritization, incident response, and continuous improvement via metrics.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering leadership, stakeholders to align priorities, define standards, and advance modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience including leading engineering projects or teams.
• Strong full-stack development, modern cloud platforms, microservices architecture knowledge.
• Ability to guide technical execution, mentor engineers, collaborate across functions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the US; no visa sponsorship.
