What you will do

• Own the weekly delivery cadence for Channels and Analytics teams, sequencing priorities and organizing backlogs.
• Proactively unblock engineers and identify constraints before they become escalations.
• Write and maintain technical debt plans in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Improve developer experience by introducing structure that increases speed without adding unnecessary process.
• Conduct 1:1s, provide direct feedback, and coach senior engineers toward growth or management.
• Partner with recruiting to run hiring loops and maintain high talent standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers in a product-delivery capacity.
• Based in a European timezone (UTC to UTC+3).
• Proven experience in startup or scale-up environments with low-process structures.
• Technical credibility to serve as a thought partner for senior engineers on complex problems.
• Genuine AI/LLM fluency, including understanding of agentic systems and model reliability.
• Experience with security, compliance, or SOC-adjacent work.
